Sri T. Ashok Pai

President

Sri T. Ashok Pai is the youngest son of Late Dr.T.M.A.Pai , Architect of Modern Manipal. After graduation in Engineering, he entered into the industrial field and was Instrumental in setting up many small scale industrial units such as Softdrinks, Fishnets, Elastic Tapes and Readymade Garments. He is closely associated with the following joint stock companies: The Canara Land Investments Ltd, Manipal Prakashana Pvt.Ltd and Manipal Press Ltd.

He is the President of Dr.T.M.A Pai Foundation, Trustee of MAHE as well as Academy of General Education. He was instrumental in promoting and developing an Urban Co-op. Bank called the Manipal Co. operative Bank Ltd., at Manipal in 1985.

Sri T. Sachin Pai

Sri T. Sachin Pai is the Elder Son of Mr. T Ashok Pai, Industrialist and Educationalist Manipal and grandson of Late Dr.T.M.A.Pai, Founder of Modern Manipal.

He completed his bachelors in computer engineering at MIT, Manipal, India and MBA (International Business) from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management Glendale, Arizona, USA (now part of Arizona state university)

He is currently the Managing Director of Best Sellers Apparels Pvt. Limited (Garment Export House, Manipal), Best Sellers Apparels is a leading Apparel Manufacturer based in Manipal, India. The company delivers a range of high-quality Denim Apparel to some of the best-known Brands in the world. Best Sellers Apparels employs over 2000 people across its facilities at Manipal.

He is also the Managing Trustee of Dr T M A Pai Foundation, Manipal, a Non-profit trust established in the year 1981 named after Dr T M A Pai, the founder of Manipal. Dr. T M A Pai Foundation currently runs 10 institutes in Manipal and Udupi areas (Schools, Residential School, Degree college, Law
